I'll have to try it.<BR/><BR/>While I was pregnant with my 2nd child I also made up a bunch of meals I could freeze. It was so helpful once the baby was born.<BR/><BR/>I made double batches, then we ate one and I froze one. I did that with lasagna, enchiladas, casseroles and various soups and chilis. It was wonderful to have those meals already put together. <BR/><BR/>A hint for freezing casseroles, tape a note on top of the dish before you put it in the freezer that tells what temp and for how long to cook it.
